I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The personal data administrator is POLMART.EU limited liability company with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Szczawiowa 64, 70-010 Szczecin, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000417695 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).

III. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of:
necessity to perform the contract or to take action before its conclusion (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR), separately for the purpose of:
using contact forms;
enabling access to materials related to the offer presented on the website;
consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR), in order to conduct marketing of entities cooperating with the Administrator;
legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), separately for the purpose of:
marketing of the Administrator's own products and services, including for analytical and profiling purposes, where the Administrator's legitimate interest is conducting direct marketing of its own products and services.
using the contact forms provided by the Administrator on the contact page, where the Administrator's legitimate interest is to provide answers to questions asked;
defending against potential claims, where the Administrator's legitimate interest is to pursue or defend claims.
The User may also consent to receiving information about new products and promotions, which will result in the Administrator processing personal data also for the purpose of sending the User commercial information, including new products or services, sales, promotions.
Personal data are also processed as part of the Administrator's fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the data administrator and the implementation of tasks in the public interest, including in the field of security and defense, storage of tax documentation.
IV. ENTRUSTING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES
The Administrator is authorized to entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to complete the transaction, e.g. to prepare the ordered goods, deliver parcels or provide commercial information from the Administrator - in the event that the User consents to receiving such commercial information.
Apart from the purposes indicated in this privacy policy, the Users' personal data will not be made available in any way to third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending marketing materials from these third parties.
The Users' personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.
V. PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
Users' personal data are processed only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of their storage or as long as we are required to do so by law, in particular until any claims have expired or the archiving obligation resulting from legal regulations has expired, including the obligation to store accounting documents.
In the case of processing personal data based on the consent expressed by the User, their data will be stored until it is withdrawn. At any time, it is possible to withdraw the consents expressed on the website, including the consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
In the case of processing personal data based on the consent expressed by the User, their data will be stored until it is withdrawn. At any time, it is possible to withdraw the consents expressed on the website, including the consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, the Administrator will stop processing the data earlier if the User effectively objects to the processing of data.
VI. RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOM THE DATA CONCERN
The User has the right to:
access the content of their personal data,
correct the data,
delete the data,
limit the processing of data,
transfer the data,
object to the processing based on the legally justified interest of the administrator,
withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in a situation in which they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
In the process of data processing, there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
